CHILLOUT

A large group of electric fans inhabit the space. They are running on full power mode but remain in their original boxes, thus being prevented from fulfilling their original function of cooling.
 On the contrary, a deep humming sound and a wave of electrical heat are produced.
 Every 2 minutes a timer automatically switches off the power, for a moment of cooling down and silence. A CHILLOUT Moment.
